Dyndolod Texgen Which Texture Size Should I Use

Added two new texture size combinations for better balancing between quality and VRAM usage. Minimal adjustments of baked AO on some maps.


Texgen Configuration Dyndolod

Add the following arguments.

. You still need to use xLODGen and DynDOLOD to generate terrain and treeobject LOD. Once TexGen has finished click Save and Exit. Any NIF found in DynDOLODEdit ScriptsDynDOLODRenderObjects and the game folder DataDynDOLODRenderObjects is renderd as an object LOD texture.

Navigate to XSkyrim EnhancedToolsDynDOLOD and double-click DynDOLODx64exe. The subfolder structure is kept. Improve Albedo sharpness on some maps.

Launch TexGen through MO2. Rendered Object LOD Textures. Set LOD Texture Size to 512 if you have 4GB of VRAM or more.

The first shape should be a simple 4 vertex plane which x and z values define the viewport of the render. Can be used instead of TexGen-generated LOD textures.
